Ok! so MST is over and done with, FINALLY!
And I went down for band just now at my sec school...
*Loves NASBAND loads!*
Then they were doing marching...
Jezer was taking the sec 2s and above...
While Caiyan and Zhihui was taking the sec 1s...

First I was with Jezer...
Then I went to Caiyan...
Then I realised I was just standing there...
I went back to Jezer and started to help out...
The only problem with their marching...
Is their hentak kaki...
As they do that, they tend to move forward without realising it...
So it's quite difficult to correct...
Other then that, their bangs were solid and together...
They have to work on their kebelakang pusing during marching though...
The check TLV not that distinct...
But they are getting there...

After marching was sectionals...
I took the Tuba section for sectionals...
Cause my Eupho junior didn't come...
And there's this sec 2 junior in eupho who's still learning the notes...
So I took the Tuba section...
And we went through Into The Joy of Spring...
At first glace I see the notes are no problem...
Then I started conducting them...
Then there was afew time changes, which were quite manageble...
But once it changed to some ulu ulu timing...
I became blur like mad...
So I was subdividing while conducting...
It was TORTOROUS I tell u...
All those 1 N N 2 N N 1 N 2 N 1 N N 2 N 1 N 2 N 3 N 4 N....
But somehow I managed to conduct them ar...
So it wasn't so bad afterall! yay!

So after sectionals was combined...
The Eupho junior didn't come, so I played the Eupho part...
Starting of the song I get the flow of things...
But near the middle of the song...
I was supposed to play d melody, but I got lost?
So it was so empty, like mee goreng with no sambal...
A senior from behind told me I had the melody...
And I was like "I NOE!!! BUT I'M LOST!!!!"
So I just waited and waited for somewhere I could get in...
But I couldn't...
Then until I had to reach the 3rd movement only I could slot myself in...
Which was when the conductor stopped for some reason...
I have no idea why I felt so so lost just now during combine...
I seriously need to work on my sight reading skills...

After combined the band was over and the commitee took over...
Announcements were made...
And the band was dismissed...
I stayed back for the meeting...
We were thinking of going to Tamp Mart for the meeting...
But most of them wanted to go the Tampines East CC...
We went there instead...
And waited for about 10 mins to finally settle ourselves in the mac...
So we discussed about alot of things which I shall not disclose any here...
But I would just like to say one thing which made me laugh like mad...
Somehow we were talking about marching in from a field...
Then someone asked, what if it rains?
Then I said use umbrella la...
Everyone laughed like mad at the thought of imagining marching with umbrella...
From poking the person infront with it...
To dancing in the rain...
And alot alot alot of stuff...
That really made my day worthwhile...
Gosh I love NASBAND...

After meeting I went home...
Played abit of Neopets...
And took a 1 hour nap...
Then came online and chat with Caiyan and the ideas we have for the band...
I really have alot of hope for this batch of commitee...
I know they can pull it off and make NASBAND a better and united band...
Just hope everything is going to be smooth sailing for them...

I guess that's all for today...
I'll try to blog as much as I can...
This is onli my 303rd entry...
So I'm gonna blog more often...
