LIFE

Recent happenings!
I just did my Grade 3 Music Theory Exam paper!
I thought it would be easy peasy...
But when I saw the last page...
I read through...
Allegro ma non tanto...
What is TANTO?
Then I read everything again...
Allegro is quick and lively...
Ma non is but not...
So tanto logically must be MUCH...
So that means Quick and Lively but not much!
Phew!
That nearly made me mad for a second... =X

When I came into the class...
I was like the eldest among everyone in the class...
Then I saw one woman, looks like she's working or something...
At least I know i'm not the oldest... =X
But there were people taking grade 5 papers too...
So I guess she's taking grade 5...
Goshness grade 5...
My cher told me she wanna chiong me do grade 5 exam next November...
That's like exactly a year to learn grade 4 and 5 la...
Actually if I can, I really want to...
And I know I can...

On 17th November 2007, I hope to buy a second hand piano...
Saw on the sale thingy that starting price was 399 bucks...
So I better go check it out...
I thought this section was about my life...
Yes yes...
My dad wants to move house...
Downgrade to a 4-room flat...
Obviously, I didn't agree to it...
But it's his house...
So actually I've got no say...
So that's that I guess...

SCHOOL

Last week was E-Learning week...
Basically E-Learning week is a week you do your studying at home...
Infront of the laptop...
For me, I gotta do assignments and make a video for maths...
Of which I haven't really done so as I was busy studying for my exam just now...
So I got two days to catch up on a whole week stuff of work...
Some of which I tried doing and isn't that difficult at all...
But others are too tideous which I just got lazy to do...
During the whole week..
I've been waking up quite late...
The average time I'd usually wake up would be 10am...
If not the latest would be 12pm?
The weather is just crazy these few days...
Hot cold hot cold...
Many of the people I know are sick, I think that's the main reason...
So basically there's nothing left to say about school!

BAND

Ok as for band...
This will be very very very short...
As I haven't been at band for the whole week...
Was busy studying and doing schoolwork to even take some time to go back...
But I guess there'll survive without me...
The band won't be having any band practices during December hols...
That upsets me the most as the band needs all the time they have to buck up...
Obviously the teacher think they need time more on their studies...
Since the school is gonna rank CCAs and academic performance is part of it...
But don't you think it's actually killing the spirit of having a CCA?
I fully support the idea of having a CCA flag...
But rankings?
First they said CCA was a place to relax and not feel the stress of school life...
But now they are gonna put academic as one of the criteria?
It's true that some may try to study harder to fight for their CCAs...
And also...
With rankings, don't you think it would be demoralising to those who are at the bottom?
And adding to that, with the academic factor, they may even call themselves not smart...
Ok, I have no idea why I am debating over such things...
Just my 2 cents of oppinion...
And just to add one more thing, having criterias on CCA uniforms???
Just when CCAs could be different from one another...
Where's the uniqueness of each CCA if there's a criteria on everything?
The moment I heard about all this things...
I knew something bad is gonna happen someday...
But I shall not say anything now as it has nothing to do with me...
Only the band has something to do with me, the rest of the school is not my problem...

SONGS

Ok, recently I've been listening to this song called The Way You Look At Me by Christian Bautista...
It's really nice...
The meaning of the lyrics are very strong...
So this week, I will only feature this song, as I love it the most...
